This morning I popped up at this location to inquire about a tour. I met the front desk specialist, Detria, who was so pleasant. I also had the pleasure of meeting Noely and Diamond, both of whom took the opportunity and time out of their busy day to meet with me and acclimate me to the services Autumn Lake provides. Noely asked detailed questions regarding my mom and her needs which was greatly appreciated. I was met with such warmth, kindness, and patience from the team. This facility is OUTSTANDING and the lobby mirrors a hotel. My sincerest apologies team. I could’ve saved you all time by advising that my mom required hemodialysis, but it was such a pleasure meeting the three wonderful ladies. I can tell that they are passionate about their work and care. Noely took the time to reach out to a sister facility that could accommodate my mom’s needs and I am forever grateful 🥹 She gave me such reassurance which is invaluable for caregivers. I would encourage anyone in need of care for a loved one to come in and visit this facility.

This was one of the best Healthcare facilities that I've visited. It was very clean, the staff was nice and very attentive to the residents. Almost every time I visit someone in a Healthcare it smells like urine and the staff is usually nasty. But this place was the best I've attended so far. Would Definitely recommend. Only 4 stars because I was only there once. A few more visits with the range results would have certainly given them the 5th star.

Everyone that is apart of the staff in different positions of employment are so comforting and accommodating. It makes my visits less stressful. Not to mention the patience of the staff caring for my mom. That is not always easy. Thanks,

My husband's (the patient) and my (as the caregiver) time at Autumn Lake Healthcare/Pikesville was on the whole, excellent. We found the environment pleasant. His room was, for the most part, spotless with plenty of natural sunlight streaming in through his large window. There is a very pleasant and serene courtyard that we visited. This outside nature sanctuary was very calming. The lounge at the entrance was big, bright, clean and tastefully decorated with very comfortable chairs. Beyond the welcoming physical environment, our interaction with the staff and the dedicated care provided to my husband contributed to our positive experience. I'd like to mention some that were outstanding: We had a problem with the initial room assignment. We truly appreciate how efficiently the administrative staff made the adjustment - Ms. Jeanerose Leveille/Director and Ms. Noely Diaz/Admissions. I was impressed by Unit Manager - Nurse Brandon Adams - he is so well-organized, skilled and knowledgeable of his patients. Nurse Pat, Nurse Danyeal, GNA Fuesha were very skilled and compassionate in attending to my husband's medical and physical needs. The Physical/Occupational Therapy team under the direction of Vicky Kline did an awesome job of engaging my husband in therapy. The center offered enjoyable activities under the direction of Colette Savage/Activities Director. I truly appreciated the professional help and support at discharge offered by Social worker, Chris Lyons. Lastly, the person at the front desk can set the tone when entering any business. The front desk staff were pleasant, especially Ms. Detria who always greeted me with a smile.

I visited a patient and found Autumn Lake to be a very good facility. Administrative staff were welcoming, congenial and helpful. Medical and maintenance staff were attentive. The exterior and interior were clean and well maintained. A driveway wraps around the building. On-street and off-street parking is available. The overall atmosphere is inviting and very pleasant. There were no disturbing sounds, noises or smells. Patients I came across during my walk through were happy and talkative. I sat with my friend for a few hours and encountered only one major concern: lunch was expected between 12:00 Noon -2:00pm and arrived just after 2:00 pm. I do not know the full circumstances, but as a cautious reminder, if food for human consumption is expected at a certain time it should be served appropriately and at safe and healthy temperatures. For this reason I rated Autumn Lake a 4 out of 5.
