My stay at Aurora Manor was much better than I thought it would be. Immediately, as I was brought through the doors is when I knew this moght be the place for me. I love the layout! Most importantly the staff especially, the aids where all experienced professionals and so helpful during my stay!<br>I would recommend giving Aurora Manor a try.

This place is less than good. In some departments.<br>The food is less than great.. The cable company that they use suck. It freezes all the time even when it is not raining.<br>The new administration is improving. Paul the new guy is doing the very best he can. The new secretary that works upfront answering the phones is great<br>Social services does not social with the residents.<br>The stars are lazy and don't do nothing at night.<br>Most if not all the nurses are wonderful.<br>The Dialysis Department is wonderful. Very compassionate, understanding.

Best place to be my brother is there and they take amazing care of him.i have see people from the office working to help out telling workers thank you.peple do not sit in there room they have them out.ice cream social ,movies,music.had a bad experience at another nursing home and Jason make you know you make the right choice he is there for you .thank you everyone including house keeping and kitchen ,nurses ,aides,and maintenance.the front desk person is so nice and helpful glad she is there first impression.

This is a nice place but it does need updating. New blinds and the rooms need painting. The lunch room needs to to made a little more cozy. And the maintenance seems to be slow at repairing. Seems like they do not want to spend money on making it a little more of a homey feeling.
