If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Simply put….this place needs SHUT DOWN!!!!! After day one, my Uncle’s room was completely covered in urine because staff was too lazy to empty his catheter bag. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!! It went downhill from there and he is back in ICU! Do NOT trust this facility to care for your loved ones.

This facility does an amazing job! My mom had the best experience! She was well taken care of by the nursing staff; therapy got her back up walking faster than we expected! The office staff, especially the admissions and administrator, where so helpful with all my questions. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who needs physical therapy!

This place contributed to the death of my father in 2022. Unwitnessed fall and shoved him back into bed. I found him 3 days later with black and blue eyes and a gash on his head. Left him sitting in his own feces for hours and he developed multiple pressure injuries while he was in their “care”. Staff had a horrible attitude. There is not a hell hot enough for the people who worked here at that time.

Extremely positive experience (and we needed it)!<br><br>My mom stayed for two months of Physical Therapy Rehab. I visited many facilities and this one felt by far the most inviting,<br>both for her as her temporary home and for me as a daily visitor.<br><br>She made friends! That was adorable and encouraging. I also felt very comfortable coming in each day. It was like a little community. There's a good culture of frequently visiting family members, guardians, and loved ones, who encourage each other. Admissions, aids & nursing, social workers, front desk, the main office, PT, OT, and ST, activities, housekeeping, dining staff, and coordination and transportation (when we needed it) were all always positive and helpful. It was rehab for her, but it was also educational for me as a daughter of an aging person. The therapists see each patient very regularly, so they get to know each patient's level, needs, motivators, progression, and goals, and they also teach patients and family members while doing the therapy. (This was simple, but helpful to me doing this for the first time. I learned how to help my mom be safer during her new adjustments in life.) My mom improved greatly during her stay. She came to the facility in a very poor condition after a serious injury and she experienced more improvement than I expected, going from bed-bound to wheelchair and walker use. She has recently moved into an apartment in assisted living nearby, which is a great success considering her condition two months ago. If we need skilled nursing or physical therapy again we'd definitely choose THR. She was able to leave because we were so well supported. Super good culture here. The aids looked at her with love, the nurses practice whole person care, and all others on the team were truly helpful to us along the way. Thank you!
