I transferred to this location two years ago, and in all my years working in assisted living, this has truly been a life-changing experience. I have never met a more compassionate team in my life, and I would wholeheartedly trust them with the care of my own loved ones. 💙

I have been at Medina Pointe Senior Living for almost 15 years. The staff is kind, caring and compassionate and committed to the care of your loved ones. Our community offers various activities, programs and services all catered to meet the needs of all of our residents. Our dining staff offers homemade soup, salads and dessert every day. We also offer a variety menu options so you are guaranteed to find something delicious every day. We are also a pet friendly community so you can bring your furry companion. Allie is very helpful. She goes the extra mile to get things done. They are going through some updating but the team there pulls out all the stops to make everyone feel welcome

We moved Mom in a week ago and she is already loving it! The staff, especially Heather, Stephanie, and Teresa, are kind, caring and know all the residents by name. They made the entire process easy and answered all our questions, even after hours. The residents are welcoming and go out of their way to introduce themselves and invite Mom to join them at meals. The food and activity options are great! The level of care and concern for safety is exceptional. Brookdale Camelot feels like one big, happy family. This was a great decision and the peace of mind we have knowing our Mom is safe, secure, and living her best life is priceless!

My mom has been living at Brookdale for approximately 3 months. She enjoys choosing a daily activity. She likes the variety and taste of the food and calls many of the staff, friend. Moving in with all that involves was efficient and staff made us feel very welcome. Mom had a medical emergency and that was managed very professionally and made her feel she was in competent hands. As a family member, I felt the management staff went well above expectations to get the paperwork completed to get her stay off on great footing. We think Mom is in a great environment with welcoming and helpful staff.
