I was a little hesitant to get my dad an aid and he was insisting on living at home. This was the best company I have ever worked with. The peace of mind was worth it. Kelly was amazing helping my dad with additional help and they were flexible weekly when he hurt his leg and needed more days. They worked with us when my dad was out of town not charging us and flexible to life and families. No surprise charges. Our aid Donna was the most amazing person for my dad. She helped prepare home cooked meals for him. Did laundry, cleaned hearing aids, light space cleaning, making bed, and meal prep. Kept herself busy and talking and being kind to my dad. Even took him to grocery store when I was out of town. The peace of mind of having a secure and background check person around elders is so important. We had situations prior where I found someone online independent and had money missing. My dad is 93 and blind- I cannot thank this company more for the care and quality service they provide to the community. Highly recommend.

Griswold was only part of our journey for less than 3 weeks but I can assure you that they were like Angels coming in to help us navigate this final part of our journey. Our 2 caregivers couldn’t have taken better care of my Mom. She was happy with both of the caregivers we had. Griswold was very responsive when our needs changed.

Griswold home care came through when my family needed them. We had several care pros taking care of my bed-bound mother throughout different nights of the week. Only one person was not a good fit, and she was immediately replaced by a more experienced caregiver. Everyone was professional, skilled and supportive. I initially worked with Adam and Debbie who listened to my needs in caring for my father. They were professional and kind and assigned Kelly to our account and she was equally kind and professional and matched us with 2 caregivers that have been working out great! I love that I can call the office and ALWAYS get a live person. It's been a great experience and Griswold has really helped alleviate a lot of stress in our situation!

The caregivers we had through Griswold were so wonderful with my mom. Mom was on hospice since August 2025 and Griswold had sent consistent aides for mom. The aides not only formed a relationship with mom, but with me and my siblings as well. They were with us up to her last day on earth. Jillian, Megan, and a few others that would fill in were all so caring. Nicole in the office was always so helpful and communication was great. Thanks again.
