Long story short I was looking for placement for my 80 year old grandma, and this was my top pick. But my grandma is staying home for now. But I did want to give a huge shout out to Dianna McBee the Wellness Coordinator. Dianna is five star all the way around. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and very down to earth. If you have any doubts, questions, or concerns she probably has an answer and or will ease your mind. Highly recommend this facility and their staff! Even the front desk receptionist Gracie was so kind! Kuddos to this facility, keep doing what your doing.

I called this facility and spoke to a representative and left her my number an nobody followed up calling me back. I called back an ask a lady representative , how come I didn't get a call back? She may think I'm a joke but this is very unprofessional and to include if they were racist 🤔 . I hope all eyeballs see what I think of this facility. It won't look good.

Thank you very much. You have been caring for my mom for the last 8 years, and she just passed. I appreciate all the activities and love that you provided her. A few years ago we moved a little ways away, and I asked her if she wanted to go to another nursing home closer to us. She said no, because she loved where she was and the people there. You made a difference in her life and ours. She was in great hands, again thank you!

I just came for a training seminar, but it was clean. The conversations I overheard from employees made it clear that they care about the privacy of their residents. I had a good time even tho it was hard to meet and please the room temperature and meal preferences for a room full of women with a wide range of ages (avg estimate age mid 20s to mid 80s). They provided a meal, the certification class, curriculum, and pens for all of us for an obscenely great price.

Staff is wonderful, they have activities and outings , very clean , my experience has been very good! The Inn At Joshua Tree is the Assistant Living like an apartment building with Care staff minimum on assistance can be determined with the nursing physical, However right across the parking lot literally is Joshua Tree which is the Care Center and they do more acute care. Both buildings are very nice and no matter which you call the staff is so friendly they will direct you to which ever one you need and who to speak to.
