This place is top notch. . My dad is 91. It was very emotional and an up and down ride. My dad is in there right now and they are on top of everything. Every single person that has walked through his door or interacted with him has been compassionate and caring. Most places look at us and say he is 9- you know. I just wanted to look at them and say oh didn’t know that. When did that happen. Never heard that once from anyone. The facility is clean and the food is awesome. I have not one bad word to say about this establishment. I would give it a 10 if I could

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Western Reserve Masonic Community in Medina. Our community is truly blessed to have such a comprehensive and lovely place for seniors of all ages to live. As a State of Ohio Licensed Social Worker for the past 30 years, specializing in elder care and mental health, I know what I am looking for and where I would want my own family members to live should the need arise. The staff here is like family; warm, caring, knowledgeable and transparent in everything they do. Love this place and you will too!✨💜✨🙏🏻

My mom is at the Western Reserve Masonic Community and she loves it there. They have so many activities and it doesn't matter if it is in the assisted living area or independent living, they are all connected. The food is fantastic and they have a beauty salon there, three restaurant style options for food, weekly activities and more. The staff is fantastic. We are really REALLY impressed. It isn't just a place to live, it is truly a community.
