Every department was able to meet our needs, Troy in dietary made sure my meals did not include things I disliked. Therapy was great got me moving. Respiratory department was a surprise most places do not have anyone to help with my breathing or have the knowledge. Marica did great job with my discharge planning.

I have spent a decent amount of time at this facility. This is a great building, friendly staff. Great Admin Victoria who will handle any customer service issues. The DON Lynn is great and the ADON's Brian and Renee they are always present on the floors. The building is clean, and the rooms kept clean. The food is good. The Rehab department Kelly and the girls are engaged and push the residents to participate. I highly recommend Seven hills for any rehab or stay short term rehab or long term care.

The people who work here are knowledgeable, hard working and compassionate. My father was a patient here for almost 3 months… and they took great care of him. The nurses, aides, administrators, other patients… all wonderful. I want to thank all of them… we will never forget what you did for our family.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE SENDING ANY LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE! Our grandfather was admitted late in the day with many severe health concerns: dimentia, very high fall risk, etc. Also, on blood thinners. We overly stressed to the staff, the concern of him falling and asked for any and all safety options to avoid severe injury. Not only were None of our concerns addressed, there were not even Safety bars on the side of the beds or mats next to the beds. He is barely mobile and cannot stand or walk, how this was possible not just once but twice (at a staffed care facility!!!) within a couple of hours is unthinkable. The call came early morning, he had fallen. Not once but twice. Immediately the family went to the facility where the entire atmosphere was filled with lack of concern and care. He was transported back to the hospital and admitted. He is traumatized. To see that in him is heartbreaking. Something we will never forget. It’s never easy finding or trusting a place to take care of someone you love, but please for your loved one, Choose another facility.
