We engaged Visiting Angels about five months ago for daily household support for our aging parents. The team of caregivers has been exemplary; they are thoughtful, responsive to feedback, show initiative, and quickly became an indispensable part of our family's routine. Their admin and leadership is easy to work with, handling various schedule changes and occasional modifications with grace and speed. It has been a genuine source of relief for us to know that Visiting Angels are there to support our parents.

We have had Visiting Angels help in caring for my Mom since January 2025. The 2 visiting angels who regularly care for my mom have been exceptional. They take excellent care of my Mom and also have become dear friends to her. In addition to the staff who cares for my mom, the administrators also have been great to work with. We have had an incredible experience with Berea Visiting Angels and have been greatly blessed by them.

The name of this company is very fitting. From my initial contact until now, they have been angels!! My mother’s angel is Andrew M. and when I say a godsend just don’t describe him enough. Knowing my mother is safe and someone is with her that cares for her like she is his mother makes it a lot easier on all of us. We couldn’t have made it without Andrew and Visiting Angels!<br><br>Also, Angel is so nice and professional. She is always responsive when I reach out to her!!!<br><br>Visiting Angels Berea A+!!!

Not a good company at all I will never hire them to take care my family members… they’re really unprofessional they cannot keep aides people in the office are rude as hell only one there that does her job it’s the light skin girl the other 2 it’s wow .. if you have an issues with the case you have to take care it ur self because they don’t answers calls they don’t even care only thing they care about is their money
