My dad was here and the staff treated him bad they try to keep him medicated and say that he was combative. Funny thing is we moved him to a different facility and he has improved and doing much better. He eats and enjoys the activities. No wonder they are a 1 star in Ohio DHS

This is a horrible place dont send your family here. The DON gerri was in her office with her husband violating hipaa. I was trying to speak with her about my dad and she had all his paperwork on her desk in front of her husband probably getting his info. They are understaffed and lost the VA contract cause this place is horrible run.
