Was given wrong medication! Good thing I know what i am supposed to get. Then meal tickets say one thing and whats on the plate is different. Was supposed to get a one egg omelet and got 2 hard boiled eggs and turkey sausage.

Highland Pointe did a phenomenal job with my mom. Seeing my mom regain her strength, independence and confidence has been a blessing to our family. We are truly grateful to the nurses, therapists, and the aides, Jada, Little Shay, Tee, Elaine and Aday. We appreciate your kindness, patience and professionalism. Thank you Highland Pointe for helping my mom get back to living her life.

I want to thank Highland Point for the amazing care they provided to my grandma, Ms. Grace. When my grandma first arrived, she was in a difficult place emotionally and physically. She didn't want us grandkids to see her in that shape. Seeing her now compared to then is nothing short of incredible. My grandma is back on her feet, walking, cooking, dancing, and doing a lot of things she shouldn't be. My grandma always sings the praises of the STNA's especially Jada, Aday, Elaine and Tee on nights. There are others those names are the ones she talks about most. Their patience, kindness, and care clearly made a lasting impression on her. Anyone who knows my grandma knows she does not easily trust people or warm up to them, so the fact that she speaks so highly of them says a lot. If you have a loving , determined, strong-willed, bossy, picky grandma who you love alot and she needs nurses for IV medicine and therapy- the kind of grandma who don't just fool with anybody- she will do well at Highland Pointe. Thank you to the entire staff for helping my grandma get her life back.

My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team at Highland for the exceptional care they provided to my mother. When my mom first arrived, she was in tremendous pain and could barely tolerate being touched. The compassion, patience, and kindness shown by the staff made all the difference in her recovery journey. A special thank you to the STNAs—Aday, Jada, Tee, Zee, Shay, Tia, and Elaine—who treated my mother with such gentleness, dignity, and care. Their patience and encouragement never went unnoticed. The nursing staff was equally kind, attentive, and understanding. They consistently made sure my mom's needs were met and helped our family feel supported throughout her stay. We are especially grateful to the therapy team—Laura, Frank, and Ivy—whose dedication, expertise, and encouragement helped get my mother back on her feet and moving again. Their work was truly life-changing. A heartfelt thank you to Tanesha, the Nurse Practitioner, who was determined to find the root cause of my mother's discomfort rather than simply treating the symptoms. Her persistence and commitment meant so much to us. We also want to recognize Amie, the Director of Nursing, who came in on her day off to personally check on my mother and ensure she was doing well. That level of dedication speaks volumes about the culture of care at Highland. Finally, I thank God for my sister, Andraya, who has been steadfast and unmovable through it all. She has been the backbone, the rib bones—heck, all the bones—holding our family together during this difficult time.
