I had a very disappointing experience. The female staff member with a septum and side nostril piercing was rude and dismissive throughout our interaction, which made the visit uncomfortable. On top of that, the food was served cold and was so hard it was difficult to eat. Between the poor customer service and the quality of the food, I left very dissatisfied. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a better experience.

Ive chosen this facility three times over the years specifically for their rehab program. IMO they are the best around... and I've had several experiences with others. Their nursing staff is top notch and the aides are all super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to any and everyone!
