If u want ur family member to stay alive don't send them here physical therapy the lady comes in "put ur hands above ur head,wiggle ur fingers" but was there for foot therapy not arm therapy

Worst place ever if u love ur family member i highly don’t recommend placing them here don’t think just because its in Massillon it’s a good place they need shut down

💔If you love them, research this place before you place them.<br><br>My dad went into rehab at Hanover. I'm a nurse - and what I saw made me file an official complaint with the Ohio Department of Health.<br><br>The state investigated and cited the facility for improper care (Complaint #0H000153869-public record). Please go read this. You’d think it was a terrible movie.<br><br>Before a serious medication incident and fall, my dad was alert enough to play chess with his granddaughter. Afterward, he was disoriented and never fully recovered. He passed away within days. 5 to be specific.<br>I documented multiple concerns during his stay - including recordings of conversations with staff that they were unaware of and accounts from my father himself. I also have video of him after his fall, trying to process why he was even in the facility.<br>Public complaint record: Ohio Department of<br>Health Provider Search (Provider ID 365292)<br><br>Families deserve to know what they're walking into.<br><br>Please review public inspection reports before placing someone you love.<br><br>If any news outlets are interested in these recordings please reach out to me.

One of the worst nursing home I have ever been in. No help, no assistance. I feel so bad then I have to leave my poor Aunt in this hell hole exclamation point
