I visit my friend here and she didn't like it there. Nurses not changing her and she lay in crap and urine until nighttime. She had a horrible experience there and it's smells really bad so take a gas mask with you FYI

Was stuck here for 3 weeks or so due to having a wound vac. The staff was nice, but good luck if you have to use your call button. Don't expect results. If you have to use the rest room and are tethered to an IV, figure on dragging it in with you. Someone will show up as soon as you get back in bed and ask what you need. I'm an LVAD patient and had to ask several times to have my dressing changed and always told, "the person that does that isn't here/gone for the day" - I had my own kits, thankfully and was able to change myself. But, why are they allowed to have LVAD patients, when they don't have the trained staff on hand??? I never could get an answer. PT staff was great. If you weren't feeling up to it they don't push you past your limits. Unfortunately, this is the establishment my fine insurance sent me to. The rooms were kept clean by cleaning staff. As far as food goes, don't bother asking for any extras (simple things like margarine, pepper, salt, ketchup, mustard, etc). You won't get it, or have to ask several times for while your bland food is sitting there getting colder. And, whatever they have on the menu that day? Isn't what you're going to get. A dinner roll = a sliced of wheat bread. Hope you like Quiche for breakfast. It's about the only kind of eggs you get. Dry, burnt on the edges. If you want something that isn't in the "Mystery" realm, you might want to Doordash so you know exactly what you're getting.

I lost my daughter to cancer this passed June. The staff was very caring, helpful and sympathetic.

Not a good experience for my mom. She had to wait a week for her medical supplies because there were none on hand so they used hers that was sent with her from the hospital which ran out so we had to buy them for her. She was served food she couldn't have after her surgery and said it was always cold too so we had to bring her food everyday. The nurses were nice but didn't seem capable of changing her colostomy bags so my mom did it herself or had us help. Her room is old and outdated and doesn't look as nice as the pictures and was overall not a great experience. Hope i don't end up there when I'm older.

Very friendly staff and very clean facility. They offer variety of activities and housing options for all kinds of people!! Highly recommend!!
