Heather Knoll isn't what it used to be.Ive hit my call light to use the restroom and the have taken as long as an hour to respond.Call for pain meds that are due, they are always an hour or more late.I had back surgery and am here for rehab. The girls in the physical therapy department are great.Nurses aids for the most part are worthless with the exception of a couple. They rate this place 5 stars.the building may be 5 star, but the employees are not.I can't bring myself to give them 1 star.I would not recommend this place to no one.maybe I made this post to early.Im going home tomorrow. So now I've been laying in this bed for 1hour and 15 min without my pain meds which were due 1 hrs and 15 miss ago.The nurses aids just walk around here not doing their job either you have to tell them you need water or you bed urinal emptied.and when they do empty it they never rinse it out.so now your room stinks. Go down the hall in my wheel chair they are all sitting in their little bar break area<br>.as I said before the therapy girls I would give 5 stars to but the rest of the help I wouldn't let them see over my sick dog.they are worthless.and I'm probably not finished yet.so beware of sending a loved one here.Im sure there's better places. Also known as FLOYD SMITH.Im home now but I just got a call from care source saying they have been trying to contact Heather Knoll about my health for over a week and nobody answers the phone. She didn't know I had been released

My mom came to Heather Knoll after a fall where she broke her hip, femur, pelvis and shoulder. Therapy was wonderful and she was actually up and walking. Unfortunately she stopped eating and did not have any strength to continue on. Shout out to Miranda, Unit D Unit Manager, such a caring and loving nurse. Thank you to Debbie, housekeeper, and Rachel, STNA. Appreciate all of you!

Heather Knoll is supposed to be top of the line re-hab/nursing home. They change out my mom's pad everytime she has to go. Then today I go in they had a poop container, they came back put fresh pads down wiped the poop off her leg instead of soapy warm water and clean up like they supposed to do. I understand they got other to tend to also, but, if your going to do a job the first and make the patient feel good about themselves. And, no one cleaned my mom's finger nail it was poop stains in some of her finger nails. I cleaned them for her. That's bad business. Now some enjoy what they do, and others there just there. This place need to do more than to want to take money from someone.
