Sprenger Health Care Grande Village is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Twinsburg, Ohio, with a licensed capacity of 88 residents. The community operates as part of a small campus that includes independent living and assisted living apartments.
Family experiences at Grande Village are deeply divided. Several families praise the therapy outcomes, noting significant improvements in mobility and function after rehabilitation stays. A few mention standout staff members, particularly in nursing management, wound care, and direct caregiving, who demonstrate genuine attentiveness. However, multiple families report serious concerns: understaffing, medication errors, inadequate wound care leading to pressure sores, and infection control lapses. One family contracted COVID twice during their relative's stay across Sprenger facilities. Food quality and general daily operations (from grocery delivery to accessibility) drew criticism in several reviews.
The facility holds a 4.2/5 Google rating across 139 reviews. The stark contrast between five-star and one-star accounts, with particular weight on safety and care consistency, suggests outcomes may depend significantly on which staff members are present and the resident's specific care needs.

I cant say enough good things about this facility and staff especially when so many bad things are said about nursing care facilities nowadays . The administrator has gone out of his way to be available and introduce himself and the nursing staff are wonderful; patient kind great bedside manner to explain things and always available.

Following surgery, our loved one required more care than we had initially anticipated. He was first placed in a nursing facility where the care was only adequate, and due to unexpected circumstances, he had to be moved. Unfortunately, the second facility provided minimal support, which ultimately resulted in him being hospitalized again. At that point, we were feeling overwhelmed and desperate to find a safe and supportive place for him. The administrators at The Grande Village in Twinsburg went above and beyond to help us during this difficult time. They worked quickly and compassionately to get him settled into a comfortable and secure environment. Since arriving, he has been receiving excellent care along with consistent therapy to support his recovery. The difference in his well-being has been remarkable. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication shown by the entire team. Thank you for giving our family peace of mind during such a challenging time.
