I have bright star as my agency. They constantly send people without notice no schedule is made. I never know when someone's coming on what day I wait for them to arrive on the scheduled days I asked for but nobody will show the company does not even call. In fact they got mad at me because I didn't call them to let them know nobody came. A man came today he did laundry. He was gone for a long time came back with wet clothes when I tried to explain to him take the clothes to the laundry room to dry them he said I was rude and told me he had to go because he had a family emergency he called the company and said he never told me that that he was still at my house the man was gone<br>He told them three lies of things that never happened he also took the remainder of my money I gave him to do the laundry now I'm sitting here with wet clothes missing the money that I need to finish the laundry. I have been patient with this company they continue every week not giving me a call to let me know the schedule they just let the employees come whenever they feel like it disrespectful in every way

In all of my years of care takers Jamarka Graves has been the best. She is kind and very gentle. She goes above and beyond when I am sick or sad. She is my sunshine.
