This classic skilled care and physical rehabilitation center is always upgrading to the newest and latest care techniques and equipment. While some individuals or their families may not be satisfied with the level of care, I believe the physical rehabilitation services are top notch.

I’m so floored with how great this place is. The experience from the second in the door all the way through is beyond amazing. I’ve never experienced a staff be so on top of their jobs and on top of everything going on in that building and with every patient there. I stopped in to drop clothes and things off right before my father in law was brought over from the hospital, everyone knew his name and where he was going to be, I asked a few questions and was met with detailed answers and information about how his stay was going to go. From the second that my father in-law was brought it he was seen by 2 different nurses who knew about all the different health conditions he has, they asked him all typical questions and they did a very thorough physical exam. Any questions we’ve had they have had detailed answers or found someone who did. Called us immediately when he took a spill (he didn't ask for help when he should’ve) even when he was completely fine. The staff set a meeting with us where we met with the physical therapist and 4 other members of staff and answered every single one of our questions and concerns, helped us set a health plan, spoke with us about insurance and walked us through what discharge would look like. They even helped arrange getting my father in law to his doctors appointment and back. A huge, huge thank you to the staff here for everything you all do, how much you all care and how hard you all work.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Belinda White and the exceptional care she provides. It is not often that you come across someone who brings both professionalism and genuine compassion into their work the way she does. Belinda is truly an asset to your company. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role, showing dedication, patience, and a strong work ethic that does not go unnoticed. More importantly, she has a heart for people — the kind that cannot be taught. Working with my cousin, she has shown not only skill, but deep understanding and kindness. She treats him with dignity, respect, and genuine care, which brings our family a great sense of comfort and trust. It takes a special kind of person to do this work, and Belinda carries it with grace. People like her are rare hardworking individuals with hearts big enough to make a real difference in the lives of others. We are truly grateful for her presence and the impact she continues to make

My mother was placed here for rehab back in December 2025. The staff was wonderful to both her and I. She is now in the process of going back for long term care. As a patient advocate and her daughter, I will be visiting regularly and voicing any concerns I have immediately. It is important to remember that as a family member, or loved one, you are still responsible for ensuring they are taken care of. The entire world is short staffed and I truly believe we in the caregiver profession do everything we can to accommodate the needs of our clients/patients. I will happily give all the supplies I have to the nursing home for my mother if it helps. I would take care of her if I was able, but unfortunately I do not possess the knowledge, education, or environment necessary to meet her needs. It is my prayer and hope that with the help of the Woodlands, I will finally be able to enjoy my mother’s company and spend the quality time she so desperately longs for, rather than one stressed out mother and one extremely overwhelmed daughter. Be kind to one another. Many blessings to all who read this.

The Woodlands in Ravenna has a very responsive administration. Staff is friendly and provides great care. The kitchen staff furnishes the perfect variety of meals. The cleaning staff works above and beyond. The nursing staff genuinely cares for the residents. Thank you.
