I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Belinda White and the exceptional care she provides. It is not often that you come across someone who brings both professionalism and genuine compassion into their work the way she does. Belinda is truly an asset to your company. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role, showing dedication, patience, and a strong work ethic that does not go unnoticed. More importantly, she has a heart for people — the kind that cannot be taught. Working with my cousin, she has shown not only skill, but deep understanding and kindness. She treats him with dignity, respect, and genuine care, which brings our family a great sense of comfort and trust. It takes a special kind of person to do this work, and Belinda carries it with grace. People like her are rare hardworking individuals with hearts big enough to make a real difference in the lives of others. We are truly grateful for her presence and the impact she continues to make

My mother was placed here for rehab back in December 2025. The staff was wonderful to both her and I. She is now in the process of going back for long term care. As a patient advocate and her daughter, I will be visiting regularly and voicing any concerns I have immediately. It is important to remember that as a family member, or loved one, you are still responsible for ensuring they are taken care of. The entire world is short staffed and I truly believe we in the caregiver profession do everything we can to accommodate the needs of our clients/patients. I will happily give all the supplies I have to the nursing home for my mother if it helps. I would take care of her if I was able, but unfortunately I do not possess the knowledge, education, or environment necessary to meet her needs. It is my prayer and hope that with the help of the Woodlands, I will finally be able to enjoy my mother’s company and spend the quality time she so desperately longs for, rather than one stressed out mother and one extremely overwhelmed daughter. Be kind to one another. Many blessings to all who read this.

The Woodlands in Ravenna has a very responsive administration. Staff is friendly and provides great care. The kitchen staff furnishes the perfect variety of meals. The cleaning staff works above and beyond. The nursing staff genuinely cares for the residents. Thank you.

Marianne and I are both in our 80"s. Born in Youngstown, Ohio but now live in Hot Springs village Arkansas. We traveled to Kent Ohio to spend the 2025 Xmas holidays. Unfortunately Marianne fell and broke her hip 3hours after arriving in Ohio. After the surgery we selected Woodlands to perform the physical therapy and could not be more pleased. Woodlands personal service was more than we excepted and the therapy was professional and helpful. Within days my wife was completely mobile and confident of her every move. I would highly recommend Woodlands for all your necessary needs. MRV Arkansas

I am incredibly grateful to have found The Woodlands Health and Rehabilation Center for my mom! From the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism from the staff, which gives me great piece of mind. The facility is always clean, organized and inviting. My mom enjoys the variety of activities they offer and social events. The activities director and team are angels on earth! They go out of their way to assist the residents to the activities room so they don't miss out on these activities and events, and they are so caring and understanding of their needs. The nursing staff is very attentive; I've noticed a positive change in moms well being since moving here. I can't thank the staff at The Woodlands enough for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend The Woodlands!
