Jana the Administrator and Kim the Social Services Director are the best and they have always been helpful and understanding.<br>The team at Tamarack Ridge are very caring and they put their heart and soul into the wellbeing of each and every resident!<br>The building is beautiful and well taken care of, just like the residents.<br><br>If I can give 10/10 stars, I would do so every single day!!

I can't say enough good about the exemplary care given to my special needs 83 y.o.aunt after a fall and surgery for a broken femur. She was very frightened at first, but they were extremely patient and worked diligently with her toward recovery. The PT and OT group encouraged her every day to do more to get stronger and to walk again. Tamarack is a very bright and clean facility, and the staff seem truly dedicated to their jobs. They were very willing to work with me as her family every step of the way. Because of her special needs, my aunt was very challenging but they showed an enormous amount of patience in dealing with her, but more than that, they got results. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend this facility.

Tamarack Ridge is absolutely fantastic. It looks like resort hotel, inside and out. It is GORGEOUS and impeccably clean. I placed my mother at Tamarack about 4 months ago and I am so grateful she is here. The STAFF- and I mean from the Administrator and Director of Nursing, the nurses and STNA's- are compassionate, respectful, friendly and just all around PLEASANT to interact with. They are all so good to my Mom. The care is wonderful. The food is very good, and the activities department has so many different programs. My mother is very happy at Tamarack and I can't say enough good things about this facility.

After leg surgery my wife was released to a rehabilitation facility. We had looked in advance at Tamarack Ridge in Kent Ohio. We toured the facility with Abbey in admissions. We found the place to be clean and airy. The rooms were spacious with bathrooms attached. The showers were walk in with wheelchair accessibility. Everyone there was friendly and upbeat. My wife spent just over three weeks there. She participated in both occupational and physical therapy daily. The therapists were knowledgeable and caring. The facility provided a key fab to allow me to come and go for visitation on my schedule. We found the entire staff of nurses, aids, therapists, nurse practitioners , and physicians to be highly competent, friendly, and attentive. We highly recommend Tamarack Ridge.

Thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful Family Holiday Dinner. Everything looked beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our family is so grateful that our mom and grandma is there, and we truly appreciate all that you do to make it feel like home.
