My grandmother was there a while back and I cannot tell you how much she enjoyed her stay. The staff was so caring and kind, they were always available to help. They took the time to have little conversations with her when possible. They truly showed compassion and empathy. We will for sure use this facility again when needed.

I would like to take the time, and thank all the staff at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation. From the receptionist, up front, administration, CNA, and Nurses to the kitchen staff, activity coordinator, and physical therapists. Thank you! For the lovely kindness, and care you all present to my Mom (Miss Carol). A special, Thank You!!! to (Maggie) ( Business Office Manager) for her professionalism and expertise. We were able to resolve a delicate situation. She truly goes above, and beyond to make sure what's best for the patient, and the family.🫶 May God 🙏 continue Blessing this establishment with wonderful staff members. ( The only thing I think would be greatly appreciated would be a little bit more staff for the evening from 4 to 8pm. It tends to become a little bit more Hectic, for some reason at that time.) Great Job 👍 and God Bless 🙏

My sister was in the facility, they treated her with dignity and respect. We came to view some of the staff and residents as our extended family. We truly want to give thanks for all of them for their constant support

Very impressed with the coordination and quality of care . All the team responds accordingly and makes every effort to accommodate my father. My father has voiced his experience and says that they treat him very well. In addition , we have seen a significant change and has been showing progress with his therapy. Overall , I feel Ms Cassandra (Admin ) is spearheading a magnificent establishment and render impressing services . Social Worker, Finance Director, Admissions Director and all the therapist are always there to accommodate my father . It is for those reasons I highly recommend Windsor Rehab in Weslaco . Thank you all for such a wonderful team .

The physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy departments did a fabulous job. I made great progress under their care. However, the nursing, physicians, and the facility left much to be desired. The place is in need of deep cleaning. The nursing staff lacks initiative, they were unorganized, often missing medications all together. They put me in a shower that was filthy and had a toilet plunger in it. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
