Although we never want to see a loved one in a nursing facility I want to say that I have been pleasantly surprised by the empathy and attention provided by Ms Alexis, Ms Maggie, nurse Victor and Amber. They take my calls, listen to my questions and concerns and genuinely take the time to explain things without rushing me or making me feel like my father is just another patient.

My grandmother was there a while back and I cannot tell you how much she enjoyed her stay. The staff was so caring and kind, they were always available to help. They took the time to have little conversations with her when possible. They truly showed compassion and empathy. We will for sure use this facility again when needed.

I would like to take the time, and thank all the staff at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation. From the receptionist, up front, administration, CNA, and Nurses to the kitchen staff, activity coordinator, and physical therapists. Thank you! For the lovely kindness, and care you all present to my Mom (Miss Carol). A special, Thank You!!! to (Maggie) ( Business Office Manager) for her professionalism and expertise. We were able to resolve a delicate situation. She truly goes above, and beyond to make sure what's best for the patient, and the family.🫶 May God 🙏 continue Blessing this establishment with wonderful staff members. ( The only thing I think would be greatly appreciated would be a little bit more staff for the evening from 4 to 8pm. It tends to become a little bit more Hectic, for some reason at that time.) Great Job 👍 and God Bless 🙏
