WROST PLACE EVER! Staff does not respond to nurse call buttons. Never rotates patients that are bed ridden. My brother (paralyzed from the neck down) has bed sores from this place that have not healed because they never move him. Place is so dirty. Every time I go in to see him unannounced his room is completely dirty with floor has not been swept for days. SIL has to constantly ask for help on behalf of my brother because they never answer his calls or tend to him. She also sweeps up and cleans his area when staff neglects to do so. He contracted a Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter in his wounds and pneumonia from this dirty place and the health workers that do not practice good sanitation procedures.

I recommend Windsor Arbor view for your loved one’s rehabilitation . There staff is amazing when I arrived I was scared and didn’t want to be there but thanks to the staff especially to these amazing nurses Daniela, Jackie, Giseth & Raquel they helped me feel welcomed and took very good care of me. I miss them already I want to thank the therapist that helped me get better ❤️‍🩹 Rick, Nelly, Adrian, Robert Cristina & Almira for also putting up with me 😉 Thanks to all the CNA’s that attended me especially Alison & Isabel. I also want to name the rest Cristina,Carmen, Jocelyn, Esmer, Norma,Kari , Nereida & Tonie. I want to thank the activities staff especially Gloria for making my stay fun always looked forward to bingo days. I also want to thank Joe med-aid and Joe from wound care Last but not least thanks to the DON Angie & ADON Cristin for making sure that my care was meet. I can’t leave out housekeeping for always having my room nice and clean. Thanks to everyone for showing love and care and making my 2 month stay go by fast sincerely Maria Sanchez

My wife spent 22 days in the hospital prior to coming to Windsor at Arbor View for care and rehabilation. When released from the hospital she came to Arbor View and she was unable to stand up. She has been here a little over a week and is now standing up and walking. I can’t say enough about the excellent care she has received. From the front office to housekeeping everyone shows love and care. The nurse, nurse assistance, physical therapist and vocational therapist have all shown love and care for her. Even the food is excellent. I would highly recommend Windsor at Arbor View.

My dad stayed at Windsor for about a month. Let me tell you… nurses and staff are awesome. They were attentive to my father’s needs and care. Therapy crew, thank you for pushing my dad forward to recovering. Ana V. my heart goes out to you, for being there for me. Not only was your advice helpful towards my dad’s stay, you comforted me when I mostly needed it. Thank you. Also, even though my father’s stay was short, he came across other patients who made him laugh and feel loved during his stay. God bless to all the Windsor family.

My only nursing facility experience was with my grandmother in a small town in north Texas. It was horrifying so I thought all places were similar to that one. Windsor here in Edinburg has been a wonderful healing experience for me and my husband. I have spent 75% of nights here on a comfy cot so I see it all. The entire staff is genuinely caring and want my husband healed and recovered. Once I figured out the rhythm of this place, it moves smoothly and consistently. The workers become like family quickly and are always professional and courteous. Before arriving at Windsor, my husband spent 5 weeks in a wonderful huge Houston hospital. We intentionally wanted to come back to RGV for rehab praying this nursing home would be an extension of home. Windsor did not disappoint. We have made life long friends especially with our CNAs. What fabulous girls!!! The therapists are truly interested in recovery and optimum health. I grab coffee outside the kitchen so I observe the permanent patients twice a day in the dining room. They are loved and being well cared for. It blesses my heart.
