My mom stayed here and she was treated with respect and care. Nurses and directors were always on top of things. Shout-out to Ulysses, he help my mom and I, in all questions I had related to insurance, payments and beyond! Ulysses is a real⭐️ MvP!⭐️

The place is under new management and there has been so many changes and not for good, the previous director will take the time to go to the rooms and chat with patients and their families, Iris was the event director great with the patients really care about them was fired, other good employees either got fired or resigned. Before the new management cane, relatives will use the employees kitchen to reheat the food visitors brought for their relatives, today an employee refused to place the tortillas on the microwave so my mom had to eat them cold, I understand changes are good when they are good changes, I don't think that is the case right now.

It's a very nice place. We go and pray the rosary with the patients and sing praises to God and they love it.

The staff is so gracious and warm to both patients and family! The activites director Iris is so welcoming to all who reside at the facility and the family members who visit them.. She has been serving the same location for more than 20 years…!!

My grandmother is currently staying at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of McAllen, and our family has had a wonderful experience. The staff is kind, patient, and truly cares about the residents. The nursing team Gabby, Kayla, and Delia has been exceptional. They treat my grandmother with respect, communicate clearly, and always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable. The Activities Department, especially Iris, brings so much joy and energy to the residents. The activities she organizes brighten my grandmother’s day and keep her engaged. The administration team Erica, Lupita, and Angel is very professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or needs. The social worker, Maggie, has also been wonderful and supportive throughout the entire process. Overall, Windsor has given our family peace of mind. Knowing that my grandmother is surrounded by such dedicated and caring people means everything to us.<br><br>Mi abuelita actualmente está en Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of McAllen, y mi familia ha tenido una experiencia muy positiva. El personal es amable, paciente y realmente se preocupa por los residentes. El equipo de enfermería Gabby, Kayla y Delia ha sido excepcional. Tratan a mi abuelita con respeto, se comunican claramente y siempre hacen un esfuerzo extra para que ella esté cómoda. El Departamento de Actividades, especialmente Iris, trae mucha alegría y energía a los residentes. Las actividades que organiza le alegran el día a mi abuelita y la mantienen activa e interesada.
