My mom has been here in this facility for several months now. I was a bit nervous for her transition due to her Dementia but my mom has now made friends.I can honestly say that with the help of the activities director Ms. Lupita Cuellar , my mom seems to have settled in well. Several of the staff members, nurses and CNA’s seem to always give updates on my mom and I truly I appreciate that.
Sincerely
Veronica Elizondo

Ms. Lupita, the activity director, along with Ms Luna, made my 9 month stay very pleasant with plenty of crafts, music, religious groups for those desiring scripture, both always sharing their smiles in the morning. Erica, my daytime nurse, always made time to have a conversation with me, greatly appreciated that caring gesture. Ms Gina, excellent in assisting me in obtaining my benefits in a very prompt and professional manner, God Bless her for that, and last ,but, not least, the great CNAs, kitchen staff and support staff. God Bless you all.

This facility is a great place to admit your loved one. They have very experienced staff. They always go above and beyond. My aunt was a patient here. She was having a hard time physically. We saw a huge difference in a few weeks. She really enjoyed the activities there with Ms Lupita and The BOM Gina helped her with her Medicaid application. I highly recommend if you are on the fence about nursing homes, this is the place to be.

very much recommend this place. My grandma was hospitalized and could no longer do anything herself. She was admitted to this nursing home for rehab and just a matter of time she gained her strength back and is now doing so much better. We appreciate all the staff here. Thank you for taking care of our grandma

My brother has been receiving care at McAllen Nursing Home for over six months now, and I'm delighted to say he's doing better than ever. The staff has been incredibly supportive throughout his health struggles.
