From the moment I walked inside Las Palmas I knew I had found the best facility for my mom. Everyone most definitely understands family dynamics and always treats my mom and our family with upmost respect and care. It’s always a pleasure visiting my mom because I see she is well taken care of by all staff. Thank you so much!

I am currently a patient here at Las Palmas. The nursing staff is very professional , attentive & compassionate. Everyone works together as a team to provide the best care. Leanna nurse and Karina have been the most caring & attentive I had opportunities to go elsewhere and chose Las Palmas since I have been here before and I was excited to come back I wouldn't have chose anywhere else.

I want to share my time Windsor las palmas in mcallen.this was my first time in a rehab facility and was scared . I found myself immediately assured they were there to help me. They anticipated my needs and were never put out with what seemed countless member of times I pushed my help button. I felt very relieved from the first day and was able to fully concentrate on my daily rehab. The staff answered all my concerns from the most minute things like where is my remote, to please take me to rehab. I found them all to be experienced and compassionate and truly cared about their patients their job and the facility. Thank you

My sister has been here at this facility for one year and seven months. I must say," thank you so much for the excellent care that she has received. I have mentioned to the DON . That she has an awesome team of nurses here at Las Palms Nursing Home. And I must include the CNAs, business office, Activity Dept., PT, Administration and must not forget the two beautiful ladies at the front door. Ms. Yolanda from the business office. Put it so beautifully, when I mentioned it.I was so please with Panchita care. She replied, we are a team working together. You sure are! One awesome team! God bless you all.

This has been a wonderful place stay at. During my recovery this is the 3rd nursing facility I have been in and so far it has exceeded the rest. ALL staff, including administration, were wonderful and very attentive. All my needs were met. I have no concerns regarding this place. My facility doctor was also very wonderful. I will be have a procedure coming up and I definitely want to return to Windsor Las Palmas. Thank you all VERY MUCH.
