Dirty rooms, meals are not the best and taste bad. For those who are abandoned there and no one else takes them food I sympathize with. Nurses don’t care and takes them hours or even days for help. CNAs try at time but they also will forget about you for an hour or two or put off care. Has potential to be a great place really the few in there that care stick out like a sore thumb but overall a very bad experience. Wish the rooms were really looked at and freshened up better. If you ever go visit someone here be kind and also check in with the roommate assigned to the room.

Timing for baths and meal time needs to be looked at. Denture care not being done. Meal prep for patients that need help with feeding

We love the care that she is given here at Weslaco Nursing and Rehab! The facility is clean and there are many caring employees. They know mom and take care of her. Thank you Leslie and staff for going the extra mile. Angie, Pedro, Irene<br>, and Martha along with others go the extra mile.

Rooms are dirty and not often kept up with. A/C vents have mold on them. Nurses / CNAs don’t care and the food is barely edible. The nicest person we’ve ever encountered was the young girl who sits in the front where you sign up for visiting. Patients are barely looked at and moved. I had to help a random lady in the restroom who had been in there for half an hour and pulled the emergency string. Staff in hall was made aware of and didn’t have no sense of urgency for the lady
