My family and I are very grateful for the care and compassion shown by the staff at Mid Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation in Mercedes. The nurses, therapists, and caregivers have always treated our loved one with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a comfortable environment for residents. We especially appreciate how attentive the staff is and how they take the time to communicate with family members regarding care and progress. The rehabilitation team has been excellent, helping our loved one regain strength and confidence. It’s clear that the employees genuinely care about the well-being of the residents and work hard to make them feel at home.
