The PT folks were awesome. Jose, Julio, Jesse, Patrick, Darnell, Alex, Gabby, Maria, etc. All were very friendly and called me by name. Jise and Julio worked with me the most. San Juana and Diana were very friendly and helpful with in-room needs. The food left a lot to be desired. Too much of the same thing every day. Had to supplement with food brought in by my husband.

The staff was horrible. Dary or however her name is spelled was so nice when I was there with my mom for rehab but the moment I wld leave she wld treat her and her roommate very rudely. The cleaning lady was so rude as well. When my mom couldn't stand it she had me check her out asap and the director Girlie was very sweet and helpful but their staff was jst the worst.

My husband and I were blessed with the Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. My husband received excellent care from all the team starting with the nurses (Chris) therapists, physical therapy and all of the staff treated my husband Ray with compassion, and respect. Everyday asking him how he felt and meeting all his needs. I will always be grateful with Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center when my husband was at his lowest all his needs and question were answered. We thank God for guiding us to that facility and will always be grateful.

I was here for rehabilitation from April 18 through May 1st. Everyone in every department was kind, professional and patient with me. The facility is clean you can see they take pride in the Facility. I want to give a special shout out to my wonderful therapist, Christina, Julio, Ricardo, Darnell, and Sunshine her self Maria G. Don’t let anyone tell you not to go to a Rehab facility after surgery! Do it! It’s one of the best decisions I ever made! Not only is the staff at Windsor Harlingen so knowledgeable, the case managers and facility liaison were monumental in my decision making. Thank you to Sughey De Leon for walking me through all of it, step by step and for guiding me down this path. Thank you Nora Moreno for making sure we were ok and that nothing was lacking. As for the nursing, Jaden made sure we had everything we needed. Best decision ever! It’s a no brainer y’all.
