My mother has lived here for over a year. She did not want to make this move but after her first few days she made many friends, got involved in activities and loves the staff. It’s not perfect, but pretty darn close. Norma the manager is great as well as the staff. The residents are great too!!

I've visited this facility a hand full of times and every time I would enter it would smell like mold and just looking up you see spots of black mold in the hallways. The door where the plaque says "executive director" is always closed and when I ask at the front desk where the director is, it is always the same answers either "she's not in today" or "she's in a meeting" and I've heard that numerous times and I'm the type of person to not bother people when they're doing something important so I let the people in the front know to not to get the director if they're busy especially meetings because important stuff can be going on but, every time I go into that building... really? it's always a meeting and from the looks of it looks like those meetings ain't doing much for the building or residents. A lot of inconsistencies happen between nursing and what I'm presuming is the nursing director, being told two things by two different people and not knowing who to believe personally I would much rather believe the nurse and the information she gave me because I am a very observant person I've noticed that the nursing director and the executive director aren't really there for the patients I never see them on the floor and these poor nurses, I would enter the building and I would see the nurses eating which I have no problem with it I too have family in medical and I know how stressful that can be especially from what it seems in my eyes that this place is short-staffed so they are already doing the job they need to be doing and doing the job of another person and it's absolutely horrible, I get why these nurses stress eat. I mean having patients lives in your hands, those nurses and CNA's are the real heroes but other than that everybody else seems like they're just there to sit and get paid. Absolutely horrible putting all this pressure and tasks on these nurses I always tell everybody I would not recommend this place.
