Had my mother there for 6+ years my father mostly cared for my mom with daily visits. When my father passed a couple of weeks ago I saw what happens when someone isn’t there to see to the day to day care. My mom wasn’t helped as much as she should have been, trying to get ahold of someone in the facility is extremely hard! Multiple calls until you finally reach who you need to, frustrating. On her final day there because we are transferring her, she was not ready, not clothed, changed until the last minute adding to our stressors of moving her! There are a couple of good, kind employees but my thoughts on this place, look somewhere else!

The team that is in charge of running the center is united and in good coordination with each other and are very helpful professionals.....they treat the people with respect and dignity!

It seems that staff if doing all they can to make people feel comfortable and taken care of. Every question I had was answered and explained and a great attitude from staff. Thank you.

I want to share that I am so disappointed in this nursing home. Up until my father had a wandering incident they were actually doing a good job but ghosted me when I asked for more information and actions to correct what had happened. My father has Alzheimer’s and their staff watched and let him key in the code to exit the facility instead of redirecting him elsewhere and I wasn’t made aware until the next day by the social worker not when it had occurred! Then they decided to move him to another facility so they wouldn’t have to deal with him and when I asked for a report they never got back to me or emailed me back anything. I will be reported EVERYTHING especially since I gave them so much time and they have not given me one phone call back!!! I work in healthcare and this is so sad that there’s zero communication only when it’s convenient to them. The nurses were nice and I appreciate them so much. As for administration when something does occur they don’t seem to know how to handle anything and they didn’t charge correctly either.
