When I first brought my grandma to the nursing home, I knew very little about the financial process and what to expect. The Business Office Manager took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and guide me through each step with patience and kindness. Because of their expertise, I now have peace of mind knowing that my grandma’s finances are being handled properly and that her insurance coverage is in place while she is receiving care. Their knowledge, professionalism, and compassion made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier for our family. I am truly grateful for all of their help and support!!

So far we've had a good experience with Veranda. The staff spent a lot of time to ensure our needs were being documented and met. We happened to arrive during activities and it looked quite lively with everyone up and about.

Also, a big thank you to Elva! She was super helpful getting us introduced to the facility and what it offers. Insurance stuff and procedures are ALWAYS a hassle everywhere you go, but it was handled easily over here.

My grandma had a great experience here. The staff was very helpful, caring, and attentive. A special thank you to Joanna and Miriam from the Activities Department. They were so kind and did a wonderful job keeping my grandma engaged, active, and having fun with the activities every day. I would also like to thank the nurses and therapists for their dedication and excellent care. Everyone worked hard to make her stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate all the support and kindness shown to our family. Highly recommended!
