I am very pleased with all the staff and nurses down to the cook So much was done for me to lessen my pain and keep me safe and comfortable. My surgeon was impressed and extremely happy with Daisy my wound care nurse. Each day staff did tremendous and beyond and compassion and care for Mama Rose. Me. My room was kept clean at all times. I always looked forward for my lunch n dinner meals. Jesse cooks with what he has as inventory but makes it a delicious n nutritious meal. Alicia gave me confidence that she was there for my safety 24/7. Her love was sincere. Even my shower staff was respectful and courteous n kept me clean. My drivers to the Dr were very into safety.

To whom it may concern: When the time near of having to place a close family member at a nursing home, we have to be selective that the needs of our loved one/ones are met. At no time do we want our loved ones to be locked in a room where their release time is shortened. When we visited this nursing home we were impressed by the outlook. So the family chose to bring my aunt to this location. As the time progressed her simple needs weren’t tended to as promised. Because of distance to the nursing home we did not visit her everyday. But when we did, there were so many issues that were not tended to. We opted to bring her home to daily tend to her needs. Do know in the following months, my aunt will be needing one to one care and will have to return to a nursing home. Would I recommend this nursing home to patients, I would if more emphasis is placed on the patient, just simple bathing, daily changing and of course daily bed sheet change if needed. This nursing home is well organized , but patient care needs to be addressed. Sincerely, Noemi Rodriguez Jeronimo Macias Guadalupe Macias

Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center or Raymondville makes you feel like you are being taken care of by family. The brilliant nurses are some of the most exceptional, dedicated, passionate and above all caring individuals. Their CNA's are AWESOME! My mother was recently there for a short while but they welcomed us and made us feel at home ! My mother could not have been under the care of better people, they are simply amazing. Their therapy staff is so caring , patient and motivational that just makes therapy something to look forward to each day. These people are God Sent ! The administration and staff at Windsor provide excellent care for our mother. The rehabilitation staff worked with her so she could regain her strength after a hospital stay. The nursing staff is caring and call whenever there is any change in her health needs. The CNA's and other staff are attentive to our mother's needs. They provide activities that engage the residents with their peers and with community groups. We are pleased with the facility and the care they provide our mother.
