I came back to ebony lake after my left knee replacement 6 months later. A year ago i did not know if i would walk again and today I am walking again. To the phys-rehab dept.Mat,Quinton,Sky,Chelsea and Merriam you changed my life and the world is a better place with you in it. To all the staff of ebony lake I am forever gratefull for your endless compassion and care. God bless all of you as you continue to help families when dealing with their hardest of times. Thank you!!!

I came to Ebony Lakes for therapy after not walking for 8 months and a total knee replacement. From the first moment I arrived here everyone, no matter what position they held, asks me is there anything you need. The diligence is unwavering and never falls short of " what can we do to help you". The therapy has made the difference of being able to walk again with never a moment of despair. Meals are balanced and thoughful. The sincerity of all the staff is truly life changing in one's difficult times.

This place, is the place for them. Nan and the nurses including the staff are all great I’ve seen them care for my mom bath her clean her, feed her they show so much love like their own. I just love this place. A big thank you to all for your show up, strength and care.

We’re only three days into my mom’s stay, but I already felt compelled to leave a review because of the exceptional care we’ve experienced so far. Every single staff member we’ve encountered has been friendly, compassionate, and incredibly patient. From the administrators to the nurses and CNAs, everyone has been welcoming and attentive, and it truly feels like they care about both the residents and their families. Transitions can be stressful, but this team has made the process so much easier. We’re very grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and support shown so far, and we feel confident she is in good hands.

My mother cannot speak for herself, but her actions show she is at peace here. The staff treats her with kindness, respect, and genuine care every day. From the nurses and CNAs to the kitchen staff and administration, everyone makes her feel loved and safe. As a family member, I also feel heard and supported whenever I raise a concern. That compassion — for both my mother and our family — is what matters most to us. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do.
