I wish I could give this horrible place a 0-star rating and more, it doesn't even begin to capture the horrible experience. After my brother visiting my 85-year-old aunt who was only there for rehab, he was appalled by the horrible treatment she received. My brother and other families, as well as staff members, witnessed numerous incidents and still, no one took action. I truly hope the state takes immediate action or shuts this place down for good. Even those who have worked there or had family members there have shared similar horrific experiences, describing them as horrible. It's heartbreaking to think that the residents have to endure such treatment. The staff's negligence is evident in their failure to assist residents, not even taking them to the restroom after being asked, and not even moving them.

I was there about 5 days in September of this year. Most of the employees are good. It’s like any workplace. You’re going to have some employees that don’t follow the rules. Those employees are Not going to change. They like that kind of life. There’s a saying in Spanish: “les gusta la mala vida!!” That’s reality in our Hispanic culture. “They give a bad name for the rest of Us!” Then We have the good workers. Their focus is their job. They have a different attitude, mannerism, they’re kind, they have a beautiful smile and they greet very well. Unfortunately, the building needs a renovation. You can tell it hasn’t been worked on for a very long time. That was my observation. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2026!!

I am so Grateful to the staff of Spanish Meadows for the excellent care they provided my mom. They were friendly, polite and very attentive of all my mom’s needs. The Director of Nursing Joe and Nurse Alicia answered all our questions with respect and a positive attitude they were so helpful. Their professionalism and knowledge was evident. I cannot recommend Spanish Meadows highly enough, they will go above and beyond to make sure their residents will feel right at home.

This is a great place to do volunteer work. For me personally, I was required by my master's application to do mandatory volunteer hours & this facility was very welcoming. The rehabilitation team was caring, compassionate, & competent in their expertise. I don't why this place has such low ratings but this place is professional and wonderful.
