For families (mom&dad) that live dependly has an advantage for giving them dignity to one's life once again. My dad lives here. Every one is friendly but first timer they would have to break the fear of getting to know who you are and what kind of attitude are they. No biggy. Clean establishment, parking is an issue not enough for family to park around. Small houses are just right for that love one. Location is out in the middle of no where, does get boring. But keeps out people from coming sometimes. My dad is happy there except the parking problem.
