Moving my dad to The Bristal was one of the best decisions our family has ever made. I would like to extend a special thank you to a wonderful woman I met at the facility where my dad had previously been living. She was the one who recommended The Bristal to our family, and I am truly grateful for her guidance. Her recommendation led us to a place where my dad is now happy, comfortable, and receiving exceptional care.<br>Since moving to The Bristal, the transformation has been incredible. My dad now calls it his "hotel" and happily tells us, "It's so big, and they give me everything." Knowing that he is well cared for, enjoying nutritious meals, and participating in activities has given our family tremendous peace of mind.<br>Our greatest wish is for my dad to be happy, comfortable, and engaged, and The Bristal has exceeded our expectations. Receiving updates about him reassures us that he has truly settled in and is thriving in his new home.<br>We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Julie, Raabia, Lysa, Mirna, the nurses, doctors, PT, aides, cooks, dining staff, receptionists, housekeeping team, and activity coordinators. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make the residents feel welcome, respected, and at home. The simple gesture of greeting my dad by name and taking a moment to say hello means the world to him and makes him feel valued and cared for.<br>We are incredibly grateful to have such compassionate and dedicated people looking after my dad, especially on the days when we can't be there ourselves. Knowing he is safe, clean, comfortable, and genuinely cared for allows us to rest easy. Seeing how happy he has become has been the greatest gift to our family.<br>Words cannot fully express our appreciation for everything the entire team does each day—not only for the residents but also for the families who entrust their loved ones to their care. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication. We are truly thankful.
