My father has been here for the past 5 months in the Reflections unit, and we are so happy with the Bristal. The level of care they provide, treating residents like humans and understanding families wishes is great. They recently held a a father's day bbq where you csn see the light in the residents eyes. My dad had a wonderful time taking it all in. Thank you to all staff at the Bristal.

Fun event today. People had so much fun the staff pulled off a great day with. Tasty food ,ganes music dancing blackjack and more. So much fun<br>The people were so happy.

My family was so pleased with the assistance we received when registering our family member for this community. Candace, especially, was caring and understanding of the many complexities of the situation. She was reassuring and patient as we navigated the transition. Our family member is doing so well in the community, and we are very grateful.

My family and I couldn’t be more appreciative for the care my mom has received at The Bristal at North Woodmere. We are always impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and the warm staff. The reflections team goes above and beyond to ensure that mom and all residents and their families are treated with compassion, dignity & respect.<br>The caregivers are always attentive, ensuring that all of my mom’s needs are met .<br>The activities offered are a great way to keep residents engaged and connected.<br>My mom feels at home here and our family can rest easy knowing she’s in such good hands.

My mother recently moved to the Bristoll in Woodmere. She got off to a rough start in her previous Assisted Living and it was put in Memory care and that’s where she started at the Bristoll. But after further evaluation, she was accommodated with a one bedroom and then upgraded to a suite. The staff has been incredibly accommodating a patient in this process. My mother eats lox and bagel every day and I think maybe every meal. She’s put on 5 pounds And she is incredibly happy now
