Our experience with Mom at The Bristal at East Meadow has been excellent. Of course, we wanted a facility that was upbeat, clean, safe, and be a place that would provide companionship for Mom. But we also needed a wellness staff that could efficiently administer Mom's complex and ever changing meds. And be a place where we would be comfortable leaving her while we pursued other activities. The Bristal has done all of this and more. We consistently proclaim to family members and others that Mom is very happy at The Bristal. After almost 3 years, I can say we have no regrets about our decision to have Mom live at The Bristal.

My Name is Greg and my mother Joan just passed. She loved her two short years here.<br>She loved everything about it , most of the caregivers, the meals and things to do.<br>I wish she was able to go back there now.<br>She had a wonderful apartment. It was expensive yes, but understandable when you are at an Assisted Living facility of this caliber.<br>The Community Dir Gina was top notch as was the Exec Director Debra.<br>Everyone even knew me, which I thought was a nice bonus of sorts.<br>A++++ Facility 100 stars

My father has been here a few months and loves it. The whole team there is amazing. I had a family member that worked with Deborah the Executive Director in the past and was referred to her. She toured the facility with us and explained how everything works, to go through rest of process I transitioned over to Gina, Careena and the rest of the team. They’ve all been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always keep me in the loop with what’s going on with dad, they got him out of his shell quite a bit. It’s great to see him happy and see how involved everyone is. Highly recommend them.

Our mother has been living at the Bristal in East Meadow for 2 years and she has been very happy with everything. The staff is attentive and have accommodated her changing needs. The staff keeps us informed of any changes regarding her health and personal needs. The facility is kept clean and is well maintained. The activities are available for all different age groups and the outings are varied and well organized. The staff is very cheery and helpful to family members and the overall environment is tocheerful and bright. Our family is very happy that our mother is here where she is well cared for and safe.

I brought my mother to The Bristal at East Meadow almost a year ago and each time I visit her, I feel very confident and assured that she is in the right place and the best place for her. She is able to maintain her independence, but she has the availability to high quality freshly prepared nutritious and delicious meals and staff to remind her about taking her prescribed medication. The Bristal is an excellent and very clean facility. The place is always well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive to the residents. I highly recommend The Bristal at East Meadow!
