My parent has been living at The Bristal at North Hills, and we could not be happier with the experience. Most importantly, my parent absolutely loves living there and truly considers it home.<br>A tremendous amount of credit goes to Executive Director Janani “Jai” Subramaniam. Jai is warm, accessible, involved, and genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire community, and it shows in the exceptional staff she leads.<br>The entire team is friendly, compassionate, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They know the residents personally and make a real effort to keep everyone active, engaged, and connected. There are always activities, entertainment, social events, and opportunities to enjoy time with friends.<br>The community itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained, but what really makes The Bristal special is the people and the atmosphere they create. There is a genuine sense of warmth and community throughout the building.<br>For our family, nothing is more important than seeing how happy my parent is. Knowing they are somewhere they feel comfortable, cared for, connected, and truly enjoy living gives us tremendous peace of mind.<br>We are incredibly grateful to Jai and the entire North Hills staff for everything they do. They have created a very special community, and I would highly recommend The Bristal at North Hills to anyone looking for a wonderful home for a parent or loved one.
