During one of the most stressful times, Sara and Colleen made my family feel the Bristal in Bethpage was the place that could care for my dad. They were right. My dad is a social person and being confined to a room in a nursing home would have had a negative impact on him. There are activities that residents can choose including morning exercise programs, a 3:00 PM social hour, art programs and more. The tablemates chosen for my dad based on the detailed questionnaire are a match. Any questions we have or challenges that arise are quickly answered and resolved. My family visits daily, so we are have seen how the Bristal operates at all hours of the day. The staff welcomes residents and guests with a "hello" and help to create a positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the Bristal in Bethpage for you or your loved ones.

Sara is absolutely amazing and truly does what she is meant to do. She came in on her day off at 9am to us because that was the only time that worked for us and we had to move fast. She was so thoughtful, caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She was an absolute gem to work with! The facilities are newly renovated and the staff seem to truly care about everyone living there

I want to thank Sara Anne, Kerri, Rocco and the Bristal at Bethpage team for hosting the P.O.W.E.R. Networking event. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious and the team was so accomadating and welcoming.

My loved one has resided in the Bristal at Bethpage for a year now. She is extremely pleased living there. The quality of service is outstanding and the staff is simply amazing. They are always very caring , professional, respectful, and cheerful. The meals are first rate and the activities are very varied. It was the best decision to select the Bristal at Bethpage.

We have three relatives residing at The Bristal in Bethpage. The facility itself beautiful - my husband compares it to a five-star hotel. But its most impressive aspect is the staff. They go out of their way to get to know residents and make sure they have everything they need. This is not easy work, but they do it well and with smiles on their faces. We are very grateful.
