The entire place smells bad. I understand it is a nursing home and patients tend to be bed ridden. But goodness gracious it smells awful.

This is one of the worst facilities you can put your family member in. They don't clean the rooms every day. The machine that was hooked to the air mattress had not been cleaned, it looked like they took it out of sstorage room. I showed it to the scleaning lady, after complaining about the room not being cleaned. The air conditioner was out. They did not make sure the room was comfortable for my cousin, 81 degrees in the room. My cousin was taken to the hospital, she was dehydrated. Do not send your family member to this place.

What i noticed right away was that staff and nurses and techs and everyone really enjoy working here. I hear people humming and smiles abound. Everyone is friendly from Jennifer at the desk to everyone else!! My husband thought the food delicious and since I tasted things I agree! The chef here is very good. And the skill level of everyone is top notch. I don’t have any complaints. My husband never lacked for help. I highly recommend Pruitt on briarcliff rd!

My loved one spent the last three years of his life at Pruitt Virginia-Park. I am grateful for the safe, comfortable home provided for him. He really looked forward each day to the good meals. Everyone from the front desk, the business office, the dining room, and the nurses’ station were kind and helpful. He was briefly under Pruitt’s hospice care at the end of his life and the hospice workers were exceptionally kind and caring. I am thankful for all that was done for him.

This place is absolutely disgusting! If I could give it -5 stars I would! From the attitudes of the nurses, to the theft of property, this place is not where anyone should leave their loved ones to be cared for. I work in facilities management and know some things about building repair, and this site is in desperate need of major repair. From spot coolers lining the wall on one side of the facility (400 hall) in an attempt to keep that side cool to broken and leaking pipes with holes and patchwork style wall. Repairs in patient bathrooms, to filthy floors in and out of patient rooms. It is amazing to me that this place is even still up and running. My mother went into this place with the ability to feed herself, walk with help and hold a conversation NONE of which she can do now. The horror stories you hear about Pruitt health are 100% true. My mom survived 23 strokes just to succumb to the abuse and neglect of Pruitt health Virginia Park. I attempted to take more pictures and videos while in the facility, but I was always interrupted and asked why I was taking pictures of the building. It was apparent no one wanted me to publish what is really going on behind the double doors of Pruitt health, Virginia park, but everybody needs to know .
