DONT! Just don’t send your loved ones here. First of all the parking situation is awful and the place is in the middle of a neighborhood. The place itself is run down and falling apart , very small and there is 3 ppl 1 tv and each one has a night stand and curtain to separate the beds .No chairs other then wheel chairs for patients to sit in . They say they are a rehab facility but they barely work with the individuals and never get them out of bed . They let them lay covered in feces. If you question them they ignore you , are dismissive , argue or are very rude . They say it’s over $5000 a month for a loved one to stay there for what ? They all sit behind the desk and do nothing but talk. They don’t answer the phone but there is always more than one person behind the counter when you show up no matter time or day you show up . The after pay option is why everyone has to come here. They won’t treat your loved ones good and they ignore them and leave them for hours with full diapers then they don’t want to change the sheets or pad or clean them up really good just half way do everything . People beg to be changed , to get up , to be put in bed and they just ignore them .
