Staff is kind and courteous. But the telephones are terrible. It's very difficult to get through to the facility. Nurses and some staff return calls. Administrative staff, do not return calls. The building is clean but it is old and dated. Some of my loved ones personal items have disappeared . Some were found, other items have not been found or replaced.

This place has been nothing but wonderful for my mother. She has improved so much, it's amazing. The staff is wonderful, caring, and engaging. I would highly recommend, and trust me, I'm picky,

I wanted to say that I enjoy every employee doctors nurses CNA at the facility that my mom goes to they take really care of all of their patients treat them with care .And when I see my mom, she always looks happy and good and she definitely eats lol . I have nothing bad to say, but I hope they continue doing a great job with their patients.They always make you feel wanted when you visit and keep you update on your mom or father if anything happens .🙏

This place is a hit or miss. By saying that I am saying that some sometimes it’s good and other times it’s suspicious. It doesn’t have that smell of old nursing home…but the signs are there. It’s decent. The service is at times questionable depending who’s on shift. Definitely needs some serious upgrading. Staff members are…..fine( I will it right there). But there is a problem that needs to be addressed. Sometimes my wife not get her dinner. The kitchen staff would somehow forget about her 🤨🤨🤨…really!? How does that happen!?!? She had had to complain and voice her concerns and complain. Rooms ….needs Updating. TVs are modern. Food is at times questionable depending who’s cooking it. Lukewarm at best…that’s probably due to them putting it in a microwave before serving.

Staff overall are great. Being engaged and visible makes a difference. They do have contradictory rules for employees and clients. Clients can’t have wall plug 🔌 ins but they are allowed in the staff’s office. If it’s a fire risk for a resident’s room it’s a fire hazard for all rooms. They are not as quick to come assist when call buttons are pressed. Food- it’s is horrible. It’s always cold, portions are what you feed a toddler or not edible. Most of the residents don’t eat the food and the plates go back untouched. They need to change how they serve them. Maybe have different dinner times for each wing to provide hot food alternating weeks to be fair. Activities- They could do more with the residents. After a certain time they are lingering in the halls or waiting to smoke.
