Located across from Kroger same parking lot. It was a nice experience to come in locally to get my fingerprints done. The staff was very nice and helpful with allowing me to be seen. The office is clean.. the atmosphere is very professional and up to date. Modern luxury vibes. Do NOT go here for your IdentoGO fingerprinting. The woman that completes them is EXTREMELY rude. I had to bring my son because I don’t have childcare on my day off, and she was very frustrated and rude about my child. He rolled his car on the wall, and I immediately told him not to. He then walked up next to her, and she said “I can’t have him right here,” so again, I immediately told him to move. I decided to hold him to make sure he didn’t touch anything, and she was again frustrated that I was holding him. I simply put him down without a word, and she immediately said “you don’t have to get an attitude.” I looked at her and said “I didn’t say anything. all I did was sit my child down” and she responded “it’s the look on your face. You’re giving me attitude.” And i apologized that I had to bring my son with me but that my only option. She responded “well this is a place of business. Maybe you should come back on a different day.” She literally shamed me and embarrassed me for having my child with me. Some of us don’t have a village, and we have to make do! He never even said a single word and was not running around the building or acting crazy! He was simply playing with his cars quietly to himself and just EXISTING.<br><br>ALSO- my place of birth was incorrect, so I went to step out to call to get it corrected and she then yelled at me to put my phone away. I told her I needed to get the information corrected before my prints, and she said no we HAVE to do the prints now. Now I am on the phone with IdentoGO, and they are telling me it should have been changed prior (which i tried to do!!!). Now, I am going to have to re-register, re-print, and pay again to have the background check completed. This was the worst experience ever!!

Such a great experience here! Not sure of the spelling, but Susanna was exceptionally friendly and made my fingerprinting appointment effortless. The company itself seems amazing and everyone should absolutely go to learn more about their work. 10/10!
