My grandmother has been living here, and the level of care she receives brings our entire family so much peace of mind. Every time I visit, she is happy, engaged, and excited to tell me about the activities she’s participated in—they truly go above and beyond to keep residents active and involved. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. You can tell there’s a lot of pride in keeping it a comfortable and safe environment. What stands out the most, though, is the staff. They are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they don’t just see this as a job—they truly care about the residents and treat them with dignity and compassion. I’m so grateful knowing my grandmother is in such a positive, supportive place. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

I had an amazing experience at PruittHealth Care! The energy was so positive and uplifting, and it truly felt like the staff genuinely cared about the residents. Everything was well-organized and welcoming. My team and I spent a few hours with the seniors playing bingo and giving out prizes, and it was such a joyful and memorable time. You could really feel the sense of community and compassion throughout the facility. I’m grateful for the experience and look forward to visiting again!

PruittHealth may not be perfect, as no nursing home facility is, but their team does communicate well, has a positive, welcoming attitude towards patients and families, and they act when they see the need. The feedback from my family member is that he is happy and taken care of, and I am so grateful that these folks work hard every day to do that. I get weekly calls on his well-being and quarterly care team meetings as well. I suggest taking a tour and chatting with them about amenities, but they're a good one, and I've seen some rough ones in the area!
