My loved one was admitted to PruittHealth Austell. They provided her with a caring environment and truly lifted her spirits. Mona, was very forthcoming with information from the beginning and followed up with my loved one to ensure their comfort. All of the nurses and CNAs were attentive and willing to answer all questions. The therapy staff was thorough and worked to help my loved one to regain strength and confidence. The administrative staff was also helpful in providing information when needed. Although I cannot name all names, I would like to thank them all for caring for my loved one.

Excellent facility showing great care and respect to my husband. With physical therapy he is learning new skills and becoming more alert. The nurses are understanding and gentle. The facility is always clean. It was a great decision for my husband to become a patient here.

My auntie had hip and knee replacement surgery at the Cobb and was sent to Pruitt health care for rehabilitation. She commended facility staff and management immensely for the quality care and treatment she received. She recommends Pruitt to anyone with her full support 👍🏾 and rates them above 5 star ⭐️

My mother was sent to Priutt in Austell from Kennestone Wellstar on 11-7-25, and it wasn’t long after that she became dehydrated and this injured her kidneys. I requested she be sent to Cobb Hospital and they refused to send her until 11-20-25, and she died the next day. Priutt is partially responsible for my mother’s death. They did not keep her dry, the did not provide water for her (when they did, it was sink water), and when I asked for help or assistance some of the employees were great, while others were bothered and visibly aggravated. The call button was a joke as it was not answered! The CNAs (in the light blue uniforms), hate their jobs and told my mom to just ‘go to sleep’. I’m thinking they didn’t give her water so they wouldn’t have to change her. Her hearing aid was rechargeable, but due to no bedside table she couldn’t reach it in the mornings and therefore was deaf until us kids came to see her to give it to her. When I told them she was dehydrated she got an IV once, but it wasn’t put in correctly and ended up soaking her bed and they didn’t run it again. She was supposed to go in for PT to get strong for heart surgery, but never got PT. The bedsore she got at Kennestone wasn’t treated, she wasn’t turned, and if we (her children) hadn’t been there she would have been totally neglected. This is a bad place regardless of the banner out front stating Newsweek voted them the #1 nursing home in the country in 2025. It’s a joke. A sad, cruel joke.
