Not good. Do not send your loved ones here if you care about them.<br>Most of caretakers are kind but they are understaffed, esp at night. Management is awful.

The Team at Pruitt Place went above and beyond with an extremely challenging client of mine both behaviorally and clinically. Every staff member I encountered was very helpful and had great a customer service attitude. Dr Deraney is an extremely experienced executive Director who truly understands how to operate an assisted living community!

My mom has been at Pruitt Assisted Living for two weeks now, and we couldn't be happier with her new home. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the genuine warmth of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere. The recent renovations are beautiful, making the community feel fresh and comfortable.<br><br>The team is truly exceptional. We've noticed that many employees have been there for a long time, which speaks volumes about the wonderful environment they've created. Everyone is so friendly, and they all seem to genuinely care for the residents.<br><br>Dr. Stephen Deraney, the Director, is an absolutely beautiful person who leads with the utmost respect. It's clear that he trains his team with this core value in mind, as every interaction we've had has been positive and professional.<br><br>My sister spent a lot of time helping my mom get settled in, and she had nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. We're so grateful to have found such a caring and positive place for my mom. Thank you!
