I would not recommend this facility period. Some staff members are very neglectful and lazy. Please don’t entrust your loved one to this place. I regret that I put my loved one there, they did not take good care of him.

It's really nice. The staff is friendly starting with the first person at the door she always pleasant. The building clean, secured and patients are well kept. No nursing house smells.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience my father had at your facility — especially after what felt like a promising start. During the admission interview, the director did a phenomenal job of selling the rehab center — highlighting the amenities, activities, and promising that my loved one would have a private room, even though I had initially requested a double occupancy. The room we were shown was clean, well-kept, and gave me some much-needed peace of mind. But the reality was a completely different story. When I returned to the facility the evening my father was transferred, I was horrified by the condition of the room he was placed in. The stench in the room was unbearable, the bed was filthy, and I had to use paper towels to clean it myself. The bathroom was disgusting — the commode seat had stained, dried feces sitting on top of it. How is this acceptable for any patient, let alone one who is vulnerable and in need of care? A nurse was notified, but it still took a member of housekeeping to finally clean the room — something that should have been done well before any patient was admitted. To make matters worse, I returned one afternoon to find my father still wearing the same clothes from the day before. That is neglect — plain and simple. To the staff members who did show attentiveness and compassion — thank you. But unfortunately, your efforts were overshadowed by serious lapses in basic cleanliness, care, and communication. As if things weren’t bad enough, the discharge process was handled in the most inconsiderate and unprofessional way possible. I was told, two days in advance at 4:30 PM while driving home from work, that my father had to be out of the room by midnight. That kind of last-minute notice is completely unacceptable. Traditions needs to do MUCH better — not just in selling a polished image, but in truly providing the care and respect that every patient and their family deserves.

Avoid Traditions Health and Rehab at all costs. This facility is a glaring example of everything wrong with for-profit healthcare. The staff is unmotivated, undertrained, and clearly just going through the motions. Patients deserve compassion and attention — not to be treated like numbers on a spreadsheet. From the moment you walk in, it’s obvious that this place is more concerned with maximizing insurance billing than actually helping people heal. Corners are cut everywhere: short-staffed shifts, rushed care, and a complete lack of follow-through. If you're not constantly advocating for your loved one, they’ll be neglected — plain and simple. This is not a place of healing — it’s a business disguised as one. The workers seem burned out, apathetic, and in some cases, downright careless. There is no sense of urgency, no real warmth, and certainly no pride in the work being done. If you care about your loved one’s well-being, look elsewhere. I never wanted my mother to be in a nursing facility. However, life does not always go as planned. I found this facility to be a comfortable and comforting place for Mom. She had a way with the nurses and they thought fondly of her. The place looked and smelled clean. My mother was well taken care of. They could not always come to her immediate call but they came. Everyone was always very friendly to me. Two of the staff members attended her funeral service because of who she was to them. No place is perfect but I was very pleased with Traditions.
