They are under staffed. They don't respond to call buttons in a timely manner.vno one listens to the patient or their family regarding care.vibwas the patient and they gave me bedsores. I rarely got physical therapy like I was supposed to. I was physically abused by one of that aids. I developed a completely impacted colon and an infected colon was a result of their negligence. They with held many medications causing even more damage. Do not send your loved ones to this God forsaken he'll whole. I almost died..

I was at Pruitt Healthcare a little over a week for in-house PT. Along with PT, I was also going through pain management due to 3 herniated discs. I can remember 2 nights in particularly where the staff was on spot and so attentive when i had a couple of bad episodes with my pain. I twisted the wrong way. Shirley, with one episode and Chris on the other. Within a very short time, we were able to control the pain abd calm me! I cant say enough about the kindness and friendliness of the staff. I dont remember all the names but stand outs are Annie, Amber, Shirley & Chris. There were others, i just don't remember and I apologize. The interaction between staff and patient was remarkable from my experience. Thank you! Heather McKelvey

WARNING - DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! This place deserves negative stars and a thorough investigation for elder neglect. My elderly father was transferred to PruittHealth (otherwise known as the DEEPEST PIT OF HELL) from the hospital to rehabilitate after a hip fracture. This place is utterly negligent. On the first day of his arrival, they left my father with no water, nursing care, or medication for hours on end. He called for help many times, and no one came. He received no assistance in going to the bathroom and ended up having an accident in the bed. They left him sitting in his own accident the whole night. The food is terrible and incredibly sub-par. The facility is run down, dirty, and smells intensely of urine and human waste. Yesterday on Easter, they left my father in a wheelchair in his room to sit for hours after just breaking his hip less than a week ago! He had to call my elderly mother who lives 30 minutes away to come advocate for him to be taken back to bed because no one came to help him even though he was crying out in pain. The conditions of this place have caused my father to become depressed, and it has placed an intense burden on my family because unless you go up there and advocate for your loved one all day, you can be guaranteed that they will receive no help. AGAIN - DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! THIS PLACE IS A CESS POOL OF MISERY.

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE TO THIS PLACE. If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. My aunt was a resident in this facility for Rehab and it was awful. We discharged her after only being there for a few days of a 20 day stay. First of all, we were given a tour weeks before she was to admit, and we were not 100% happy with the place then because all of the residents were sitting in the front lobby doing nothing. We were taken for a tour and the staff were all sitting at the desk and never even acknowledged us. We were then introduced to the DON, Jenifer, which was very pleasant. After being admitted, my family had to sit at the end of the hall for hours because the room was never cleaned after the last person had left. The food is disgusting. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. We ordered several things for her from THE SPECIAL MENU, which was a joke because the sandwich was old and was given to her from the refrigerator that was filthy. We would bring things for her, put it in there and label it and the staff never would give it to her. Staff would say that the Administrator made them throw it out. Who? The administrator! Who was this we asked. Not the lady with the long ponytail, leather pants and high heels that never speaks or acknowledges anyone. We tried making an appointment with her and she never seems to work on Friday's. Staff says that she has to take care of her 6 or 7 kids. And when she's there, the staff are scared to even talk to us because she treats them so bad. The staff is very unhappy with her and how she treats everyone. And we tried calling the Committed to Caring number from the TV but nothing has ever been done. No one ever called us back. We were told that if you complained about her, that no one would ever know because she gets a text message to her phone so unless the complaint is on the staff, the higher ups would never know about it. The nurses and CNA's were great and did the best they could with what they had but everything else sucked. The lady in heels wouldn't get them any help because it wasn't in her budget. These poor residents go hours with no help. Thank God, my aunt could call us for help but what about the people that can't. PLEASE, stay away from this place and do not take your love ones here. You will regret it.

My brother is currently in this facility. He has been there for a week and has received 2 doses of insulin when he requires a daily dose,in addition he has blood pressure issues and has yet to receive his medication. You state your staff is qualified but they have failed to meet his medical needs. He came in for therapy, and is currently in so much pain and they expect him to move around. Now he is requesting to leave and is being threatened that he will be reported to Adult Protected Services. I will be reporting this facility to Medcaid since im assuming this is the real reason they do not want to release him since its a guaranteed 20 day check.
