My mom was transported to franciscan nursing home she had both legs aputated her spot on her knee got infected they never cleaned her incision just put a bandage on it and when we were there it seemed a lot people walking around doing nothing and the nurses where always on there phone and when asked something it was like asking for a million dollars they were rude and not professional and the aide where the same way they never came in and checked on my mom.this place makes me want to throw up were did they get qualified thru online service. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Just my opinion.

They didn’t call me when my mom needed to go to the hospital with atelectasis and they tried to put us in a dirty room and we had to sit in the hall while they got it ready even though we had been gone for almost four hours at a dr appointment, she had stooled and they left it in the room and then she tried cleaning it up herself because she was scared to make them mad. They never had a nurse come talk to me about her or about how she was doing in therapy. And they bagged all her things up after she left for the hospital, never called me to let me know where she was going or why. Or to even come get her things.i called and tried to speak with the director, left a message and never got a call back.

Jasmine was amazing! During my tour everyone was so nice! She explained so much to me about assisted living. Mom didn’t think she was ready but after the tour we put down a deposit within weeks we were moving in! Mom has been here for 8 months! I couldn’t imagine her anywhere else!
