I am impressed. Very competent staff. ALL staff knew my friend's room number after only two days there. He is much less depressed. He shows improved mentation and activities. He is eating again and enjoying the meals served. Facility is clean and well maintained.

The management should be ashamed of themselves. I have a relative here, paying over $7000 per month, and the service is not even worth $50. The food is below any reasonable standard, especially for the price. They have been out of their daily pain medication several times, most recently it took over three days. This is someone with advanced cancer that is in chronic, severe pain. The positives: the staff are decent, and the facility is reasonably clean. That is it. $7000 a month. This is not care, it is wealth extraction.

We didn’t know what we should do… but through a fortunate process, found Trilogy at Springhurst as a perfect place for my wife, who was suffering from Alzheimer’s. We found the staff to be exceedingly qualified and friendly. I moved onto the third floor in independent living about the time my wife deceased. This is the perfect place for me. I find great value in relating to the staff and getting to know very interesting people. I can’t see myself being anywhere else.

The care and compassion shown by the staff has been outstanding. Our loved one was treated with respect and dignity, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure comfort and well-being. Clean facility, attentive caregivers, and excellent communication.

My mom was only here for a few short months before she passed away, and I just wanted to say that she was treated with kindness and compassion. I was as well. Shay and her staff in the memory care unit are special people, and I won’t forget.
